Job Summary

This crucial role involves leading construction projects focused on electrical engineering, combining technical expertise with strategic process management. The professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing standardized construction management processes across Germany. Key day-to-day activities include acting as the certified Electrical Specialist (VEFK) for nationwide construction sites, conducting safety inspections and risk assessments, and leading a team of construction managers. Furthermore, the role requires supporting business development through acquisition, proposal creation, and negotiation strategies, alongside participation in management and client meetings, sometimes internationally. Candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering, significant construction management experience, and proven leadership skills, coupled with expertise in German occupational safety law and process standardization.
