Job Summary
This role involves the independent management and execution of construction sites focused on building substance surveys and environmental remediation planning. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction execution, providing technical leadership to site staff, generating quotes and invoices, and conducting crucial environmental sampling (water, soil, debris). A core function is the comprehensive assessment of hazardous materials, including waste classification, developing detailed disposal concepts, coordinating with relevant authorities, and producing expert reports and quantity surveys for subsequent demolition tenders. Candidates must possess a background in Civil Engineering or Environmental Technology, or hold a Master Craftsman title with relevant experience in building diagnostics, and demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage complex technical situations autonomously. This position offers varied and independent work, requiring the ability to find effective solutions and maintain oversight across complex projects.
