Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the technical operations within a major air freight logistics environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical guidance of work and shift teams, occasionally serving as the shift leader representative. Key duties include planning and organizing maintenance, repairs, and modifications, as well as supporting internal and customer-facing error analysis and troubleshooting. A critical aspect of the job is the independent optimization of systems and processes through planning, specification, and documentation of changes, ensuring compliance with operational requirements. Candidates must possess a proven background as a certified Electrical Technician or Master Electrician, ideally with experience in conveying and storage technology, strong skills in maintenance, and proficiency with complex PLC systems. Flexibility for 3-shift work and working at heights is mandatory, making this a demanding yet rewarding role in automated logistics.
