This role involves operating and maintaining complex IT infrastructures, focusing on ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of Linux/UNIX and Windows server environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd-level support for technical issues, automating routine tasks using tools like Ansible and PowerShell, and implementing robust monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus). The System Administrator will also be crucial in administering virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and managing hybrid or public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, while planning and executing reliable backup and recovery strategies. The ideal candidate is an IT Specialist in System Integration with initial professional experience, ideally bringing expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud solutions.
