Job Summary

This role involves serving as an IT Administrator with a strong focus on Linux systems, responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers within a dynamic IT environment. Key daily activities include administering Linux server environments, operating and maintaining data center infrastructures, and creating/optimizing scripts using languages like Bash and Python. The administrator will also be heavily involved in virtualization, automation (using tools like Ansible), and implementing/managing cloud solutions, including container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate must possess solid experience in network security, handling common Linux distributions (specifically RedHat and SLES), and developing effective solutions for system challenges.
