Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Administrator specializing in Linux systems, focusing on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers within a dynamic IT environment. The day-to-day responsibilities include the administration of Linux server environments, operation and maintenance of data center infrastructures, and the creation/optimization of operational scripts using languages like Bash and Python. A key focus will be on virtualization and automation using tools such as Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes, alongside implementing and supporting cloud solutions. Candidates must possess solid experience with Linux distributions (specifically RedHat and SLES), strong knowledge of network security, and the ability to develop effective solutions for system-related challenges. The position requires excellent German language skills (C1 minimum) and a willingness to travel for project work.
