Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT support to users, ensuring smooth daily operations within a leading European IT service provider. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of user issues, from reliable documentation in the ticketing system to hands-on troubleshooting and resolution. Core duties include routine operating system installations, comprehensive hardware handovers (including user qualification and scheduling), and hardware maintenance, ranging from minor repairs to component replacement and device reconfiguration after malfunctions. You will also manage workstation relocations and hardware exchanges. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical qualification (such as an IT Specialist) and solid technical experience in on-site support, coupled with strong knowledge of IT hardware, operating systems, and standard Office applications. Good German skills and a Class B driver's license are prerequisites.
