Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality, on-site IT services to clients in Mainz. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of diverse hardware and software solutions. A core part of the role involves managing the Apple ecosystem, requiring expertise in macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware, coupled with proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Intune. You will handle software distribution, user administration, and perform structured error analysis in complex customer environments. Serving as the primary point of contact, you will provide expert IT support, meticulously planning, coordinating, and documenting all work according to defined SLAs.
