Job Summary
This role involves providing essential onsite IT support, acting as the central point of contact for end-users regarding Windows workstations, laptops, and tablets. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting technical inquiries, resolving functional issues, and ensuring the reliable operation of software and operating systems. The technician will actively participate in hardware rollouts, component replacements, and workplace relocations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist) and demonstrable experience in IT support, particularly with Windows 7 and 10. Success in this position requires meticulous documentation skills, a strong service-oriented approach, and excellent communication abilities when interacting directly with customers and team members.
