Job Summary

This role as a Junior Bio Operator involves supporting the large-scale industrial manufacturing of biotechnological therapeutic proteins and antibodies within a renowned pharmaceutical company in Biberach, operating strictly under GMP conditions. Key responsibilities include the operation and management of fermentation and harvesting systems, conducting various filtrations, and preparing production-scale buffer solutions. A critical component of the job is maintaining meticulous batch documentation, primarily utilizing electronic manufacturing software (BioMES) alongside paper documentation, ensuring full compliance with GMP guidelines. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (such as a Bio Specialist or Pharmaceutical Technician) or comparable scientific training, coupled with manual dexterity and a strong understanding of hygienic work practices. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to participate in a 2-shift system, including weekend work.
