Job Summary

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and analytical Online Marketing Manager passionate about B2B performance marketing and lead generation within the IT and SAP solutions space. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns for the German market, combining performance marketing channels (Email, Paid Social, Display Ads) with outbound elements. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing automation, conducting quantitative data analysis, creating target-group-specific content, overseeing event marketing (onsite and offsite), and managing performance measurement and reporting. You will work closely with Sales, Consulting, Innovation & Portfolio, and Events departments. This position requires strong German and English communication skills, proven B2B marketing experience, and expertise in managing creative agencies and software vendors. The role is offered as a full or part-time position, initially limited to one year, with flexible work arrangements and comprehensive professional development opportunities.

Completed degree in Economics, Communication Sciences, or Media Studies
