Job Summary
As a Parish Coordinator for the Catholic Parish of Hildegundis von Meer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chairman of the Church Board, particularly in human resources management. Your daily tasks will involve preparing and assisting with personnel planning, recruitment, support, qualification, and development for both employed staff and numerous volunteers. You will also coordinate and follow up on board meetings concerning construction/repairs, finances, properties, and personnel, ensuring decisions are implemented. This position requires a proactive individual who can maintain quality standards, act as a point of contact for data protection, and participate in ongoing training.
