Job Summary

This role is perfect for an experienced HR IT professional ready to elevate their expertise by taking responsibility for the development, maintenance, and strategic enhancement of SAP HR solutions, specifically focusing on SuccessFactors and Employee Central. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and supporting SAP HR solutions, planning and specifying requirements, administering cloud-based HR services, and consulting stakeholders across various locations. The specialist will also manage external partners for development and operations and lead sub-projects related to strategic HR IT advancements. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, deep knowledge of SAP HR solutions (SuccessFactors, HCM), project management experience, and proficiency in both German and English.
