Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious HMI Engineer passionate about innovation and technology, focusing on developing and maintaining Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software for cutting-edge projects. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and maintaining technical specifications, coordinating concepts and visual designs with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, and developing HMI software, including operational functionalities and system visualizations. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology and solid experience in HMI system configuration, ideally utilizing Copa Data Zenon. The role demands expertise in control technology protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 101/104, OPC, and DNP, alongside experience in process and signal data processing. The position is attractive due to the opportunity to work on complex projects, integrate and test HMI components in test setups, and provide technical support during on-site commissioning, requiring strong communication skills and a willingness to travel.
