Job Summary
This role involves taking charge of automation projects from conception through to realization, focusing on the planning, coordination, and implementation of tailor-made automation solutions. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for integrating robotics systems and control technology into both existing and new industrial plants, requiring strong skills in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Day-to-day tasks include designing and dimensioning assemblies and technical components, creating precise technical drawings, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams is key. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses professional experience in automation technology, and demonstrates strong project management and control abilities.
