Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all IT-related technical issues and inquiries. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the setup, configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware (workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software applications, ensuring smooth operation across the organization. Key tasks include managing support requests through a ticketing system, performing necessary updates and installations, and actively participating in IT projects and technology rollouts.
