IT Support Specialist | IT Supporter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by ensuring seamless IT operations for clients across various technology sectors and industries. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of software and servers, as well as the installation, replacement, and servicing of hardware. Key day-to-day activities include providing technical and application-related support to users via phone, remote maintenance, or on-site visits. A critical part of the job is maintaining continuous communication with subsequent support levels (e.g., 3rd Level Support, specialist departments, and service providers) to ensure system availability and the prompt documentation and resolution of disruptions. Candidates should possess a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, coupled with initial experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support, and proficiency in Windows Client/Server environments and M365.
