Job Summary
This role involves connecting people and technology by managing complex IT service projects, primarily within the automotive sector. The IT Service Manager is responsible for the planning, control, and monitoring of these projects, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. A core part of the job is coordinating and optimizing IT service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, while also advising internal and external clients on IT-relevant matters. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in IT Service Management, strong knowledge of ITIL and related frameworks, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, making this a pivotal role for driving technology forward in a leading engineering environment.
