Job Summary

This role is centered on providing comprehensive IT support across software, hardware, and media technology for a leading provider of IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling IT support tickets, collaborating closely with specialized IT departments to deliver fast and sustainable solutions, and implementing necessary technical changes. A major focus is the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of PC hardware, software, peripherals (including printers), and mobile devices (iOS). The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, combined with several years of professional experience in hardware and software support, specifically utilizing Microsoft Windows, Office, Active Directory, and ticketing systems. Success requires a customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and fluent proficiency in German.
