Job Summary

This role requires a Technical Lead specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, focusing on supporting internal HR customers from an IT perspective. Key responsibilities include consulting on the further development of HR processes, designing technical interfaces for personnel data exchange across various IT systems, and translating complex customer needs into actionable technical requirements for implementation. The Technical Lead will evaluate suitable technical solutions, ensure their integration into a future-proof IT architecture, and manage crucial project aspects such as vendor selection, contract negotiation, testing, and defining support concepts. Furthermore, the position involves managing Application Management Support for SAP HCM, driving the SAP HCM roadmap towards H4S4, and ensuring system governance with a focus on minimizing HR data distribution. Success in this role requires a blend of IT expertise, strong project management skills (both waterfall and agile), and fluency in German, complemented by good English skills.
