This role involves managing and optimizing the critical interface between Human Resources and IT systems, focusing on enhancing HR processes through technological solutions. Day-to-day tasks include administering and improving HR-IT systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Atoss, and Ingentis org.manager, implementing new features, and ensuring seamless integration with core systems like SAP ERP and SAP HCM. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT Management or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in an HR-IT liaison role. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes is essential. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, Human Resources Management, or comparable qualification

- Experience with Atoss, Ingentis org.manager, or SAP HCM is advantageous
