Job Summary
This role involves the development and optimization of critical processes within the semiconductor industry, specifically focusing on Attach, Sintering, and Encapsulation Technology. The technician will support process development for Sintering and Epoxy Mold Encapsulation applications, manage reporting and documentation, and handle customer inquiries. A key aspect of the role is close collaboration with concept engineering experts, interdisciplinary teams, research centers, universities, and international partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on in a cleanroom laboratory, driving process and project management activities within a dynamic environment. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician (Material Science, Engineering) or comparable qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree)
Experience
- Several years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly in power and RF assembly processes
- In-depth knowledge of Process Development, Process Implementation, Micromechanics, and Reliability of semiconductor packages
- Practical experience in laboratory and cleanroom environments
