Job Summary
This role seeks dedicated Accounting Administrators to join the Central Administration of Steinfurt, which manages 11 parishes and 48 associated daycare centers. The position is permanent and offers flexible part-time to full-time hours (19.5 to 39.0 hours per week). Day-to-day responsibilities are diverse, focusing on core accounting functions such as recording ongoing business transactions, managing payment traffic, preparing daily and cash closings, and maintaining master data. The administrator will also handle general administrative duties and manage dunning and enforcement procedures. Candidates must possess a successfully completed commercial or administrative vocational qualification and proven experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge of cameralistics or household budgeting systems. Proficiency in MS Office and strong teamwork skills are essential.
