Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position in Leverkusen seeks an IT Systems Integrator to join the AlphaConsult Premium KG team, focusing on maintaining and optimizing client IT infrastructures. Day-to-day responsibilities include the critical analysis and resolution of faults within complex IT systems, the installation and configuration of essential hardware and software components, and the execution of necessary system updates and upgrades. A core function of the role is providing reliable technical support to end-users and meticulously maintaining system documentation. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or an equivalent background, coupled with fundamental knowledge of network technology, server administration (Windows/Linux), and practical experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware. This role requires strong communication skills and a high degree of service orientation to successfully support ongoing IT implementation projects.
