Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Specialist in System Integration to join the AlphaConsult Group in Düsseldorf, focusing on maintaining and optimizing complex IT environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of IT system disruptions, alongside the installation and configuration of both hardware and software. Key tasks include managing system updates, providing essential user support for technical issues, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation. This position requires a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, coupled with strong foundational knowledge in network technology, Windows/Linux operating systems, and server administration. Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, is essential. Strong communication skills, a high degree of service orientation, and proficiency in German are prerequisites for success in this full-time, permanent position.
