This role is for an Administrative Officer focused on digital transformation and organizational development within a new Center for Digital Competencies and University Development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing existing administrative processes, contributing to digitalization projects, and coordinating optimization and quality assurance measures. Key responsibilities also include managing the center's internal operations, reporting, budget management, and fostering communication with central administrative units. A crucial aspect of this position involves planning and delivering training sessions to enhance digital skills among administrative staff, with a focus on modernizing administrative and process digitalization. The role also requires developing and refining educational formats for digital and future competencies, alongside organizing events and managing communication channels to build internal and external networks. Required Skills

Education

Diplom-FH/Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Social Sciences (with focus on Social, Administrative, Economic, Educational, or Communication Sciences) OR Diplom-FH/Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sciences (with focus on Computer Science)

Experience

  • Professional experience in project and/or process management, ideally in the university or education sector
  • Professional experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Moodle, Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Professional experience in planning and conducting digital educational programs
  • Professional experience in the public service and with digital administrative processes
  • Desirable: Experience in event management
