Job Summary

This role involves working as a Chemical Laboratory Technician in Product Development for a medium-sized, family-run chemical company in Kakenstorf. The primary responsibilities include actively participating in new product development, supporting development-related projects, and optimizing existing formulations and processes to enhance both productivity and quality. A key part of the job involves meticulous documentation and graphical presentation of results, along with managing data and documents using MS Office and ERP software. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA, preferably with professional experience in product development and, ideally, experience with biocide formulations or dispersion paints. This is a full-time, permanent position offered initially through temporary employment with the clear goal of permanent takeover by the client company.
