Onsite IT Support Specialist | Onsite Supporter (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role requires an experienced and service-oriented professional to serve as the primary, on-site technical contact for customers and employees. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing direct support, analyzing and resolving technical challenges related to both hardware and software directly at the workstation. Key tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, rapid error analysis, and thorough troubleshooting of disturbances. The specialist will collaborate closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure smooth operations and assist with exciting IT projects and rollouts. Ideal candidates must possess formal IT training or equivalent qualifications, practical experience in IT support, and strong working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, networking, and IT security principles.
