Based in Frankfurt am Main, this role involves providing fast, solution-oriented support for both software and hardware issues, ensuring clients and internal teams receive timely assistance. Key responsibilities include answering calls, processing support tickets, documenting requests, and escalating complex issues to 2nd Level Support. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification or equivalent experience, initial experience in IT support or customer care, good knowledge of Windows systems and basic networking, and strong communication skills.
