Job Summary
This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual who excels at providing calm, customer-oriented support, even in challenging situations. The specialist will be responsible for assisting customers and partners with technical and general inquiries, primarily within the KNX environment. Key daily tasks include analyzing, resolving, and meticulously documenting faults and errors, classifying incoming requests, and supporting the development of new standard solutions. This position requires a background in electrical engineering or installation, strong analytical thinking, and a high degree of technical affinity. Successful candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, and be comfortable working closely with product development teams to contribute to new product initiatives in a growing mid-sized company.

Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrical Technician, Master Electrician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in dealing with customers
- KNX experience is desirable
- Professional experience as an Electrical Technician, Master Electrician, or Electrical Installer
