Job Summary

This opportunity is for a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH, offering an immediate, permanent contract and competitive pay through industry bonuses (up to €24.27 per hour). In this hands-on role, you will be crucial in supporting all aspects of the production process. Daily responsibilities include setting up and monitoring sophisticated packaging lines, performing essential machine operation, and conducting In-Process Controls (IPC) alongside generating required documentation. You will also be responsible for the aggregation and final packaging of medications and executing rigorous quality checks to ensure compliance. Crucially, this position welcomes career changers, as no prior experience is necessary. However, candidates must demonstrate fluency in written and spoken German and possess the readiness to work a mandatory 3-shift system involving weekly rotation between early, late, and night shifts.
