Job Summary

This role is for a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect who will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable ServiceNow architectures. The successful candidate will focus on complex ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, ensuring platform optimization in line with ITIL best practices and strategic objectives. Working within an agile team, this professional will collaborate closely with Product Owners and various IT and business departments, translating user stories into live solutions. A key responsibility also involves building and maintaining robust documentation for ServiceNow processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the platform.
