Job Summary

The ReformHandelsKontor AG & Co. KG, a central service provider for the cooperative of Reformhäuser, is seeking an experienced Team Lead Accounting to manage and coordinate the daily operations of their accounting department. This full-time, permanent role involves leading the accounting team's day-to-day business, coordinating payment runs, and streamlining internal processes. The successful candidate will act as a Key User for accounting matters and actively participate in the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Key qualifications include a commercial vocational qualification (preferably as a tax specialist), several years of experience in finance and accounting, and proficiency with SAP FI/CO and DATEV. This position offers a challenging environment, immediate permanent employment, and remuneration based on the collective agreement for wholesale and foreign trade, including vacation and Christmas bonuses.
