Job Summary

This critical role involves acting as the client's representative for municipal sewage construction projects, specifically focusing on open trench methods. Key day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and tendering construction measures, coordinating extensively with road authorities and utility providers, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from supervision and inspection to final acceptance and billing. You will also manage external engineering firms commissioned by the company and handle necessary administrative project tasks and general administration. The ideal candidate must hold either vocational training as a road builder or civil engineering specialist combined with certification as a state-certified civil engineering technician (underground construction), or a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Construction Management or Urban Water Management.
