Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Technical Buyer to manage procurement activities focused on Technical Building Services (TGA) and Technical Facility Management (FM). The core responsibilities include obtaining and meticulously evaluating offers for materials, subcontractors, and various services within these technical domains. A key function involves leading complex condition and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, participating actively in award negotiations, and ensuring thorough supplier and subcontractor qualification processes. Candidates must possess completed commercial or technical training, relevant professional experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills.
