This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated career changer to enter the pharmaceutical industry as a Production Operator, supporting the renowned client Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the operation and setup of complex packaging lines, conducting essential In-Process Controls (IPC), and meticulously creating the associated documentation. A critical aspect of the job is ensuring strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards when handling packaging materials and medicinal products, and packaging medications according to established quality specifications. The successful candidate will also assist in process optimization efforts and strictly adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations. This position is highly attractive due to the immediate, permanent employment contract, excellent compensation ranging from €16.71 to €24.80 per hour, and the fact that no prior industry experience is required, making it ideal for individuals willing to work a rotating 3-shift system (morning, late, and night shifts) from Monday to Friday.
