Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT operations and digitalization within the Social and Housing Office. The IT Specialist will be responsible for gathering IT requirements and needs from staff and management, providing 1st Level Support for internal problems, and coordinating solutions with the central IT department and external service providers. Key duties include managing hardware/software distribution, installation, and inventory, as well as handling onboarding/offboarding and training staff on specialized applications. Furthermore, the specialist will assist in planning and implementing new IT procedures, contributing to the creation of tender documents (specifications), and participating in testing and error analysis. This position requires a relevant IT vocational qualification or a background in public administration, coupled with strong IT affinity, project management skills, and knowledge of data protection and procurement law.
