Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or a relevant Master Craftsman certification
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in guiding and actively shaping change processes
- Industry knowledge of the FMCG industry, especially the beverage industry (advantageous)
