Job Summary

This role seeks a passionate Building Services Technician to join an Engineering Team dedicated to developing highly energy-efficient buildings using modern methods and tools. The core daily tasks involve creating detailed planning concepts, implementing project plans using AutoCAD and REVIT MEP, performing mass calculations, and executing technical calculations based on current industry standards. The technician will be responsible for conceptual design utilizing CAD/BIM tools and proprietary software, as well as distributing tasks to modeling teams. Ideal candidates possess a completed technical education in Technical Building Equipment (TGA/MEP), practical experience in planning and construction of building technical systems, and a strong interest in disciplines like Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Sanitary (HKLS) or Electrical systems for large facilities.
