Job Summary

This role requires an expert Project Manager to independently plan, implement, and coordinate complex projects within the renewable energy sector, prioritizing efficiency and sustainability. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams to ensure the successful achievement of technical and operational goals. A critical focus is maintaining strict adherence to budget specifications, time schedules, and resource constraints, requiring proactive steering and risk identification. The manager is also responsible for monitoring project progress through regular reporting and ensuring the timely acquisition of all necessary permits and full compliance with relevant legal, environmental, and technical regulations. Candidates must hold a degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, possess several years of relevant project management experience, and demonstrate excellent proficiency in both German and English.
