This role as a (Junior) IT Support Specialist is crucial for connecting people and technology, supporting major OEMs and suppliers within the automotive industry. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of IT incidents, including the acceptance, analysis, and resolution of issues via 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and on-site. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of essential hardware and software components, meticulously documenting all processes within a ticketing system. Furthermore, you will assist with IT projects, implement new systems, and provide essential training and consulting to end-users. Candidates must have a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration or a comparable background, coupled with initial experience in IT support, ideally within the automotive sector. Strong technical knowledge in Windows operating systems, network administration, and hardware configuration is required, alongside fluent German (B2+) and good English skills.
