Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Hardware Developer to join a dynamic team focused on complex development projects within the automotive industry, working with major OEMs and suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the design and development of new power electronics components, extensive circuit simulation, and the crucial coordination of technical requirements with system engineers and project managers. The developer will also be responsible for the commissioning of prototypes and overseeing the introduction of the final series product into manufacturing. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and possess strong conceptual problem-solving skills, coupled with proven expertise in power electronics. Experience with relevant simulation and design software is beneficial. Good proficiency in both German and English is mandatory, as German is the primary working language in this demanding technical environment.
