PLC Programmer | SPS-Programmierer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role focuses on the end-to-end development, programming, and commissioning of complex PLC automation systems for special machinery. Key responsibilities include creating visual operating interfaces (HMI), defining operating concepts, writing functional descriptions, and producing comprehensive software module documentation. You will actively participate in designing machine sequences and selecting control components. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, or equivalent certification as a Technician, coupled with initial practical experience in commissioning and handling PLCs. Expertise in at least one major system, such as Schneider Electric PacDrive, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Siemens TIA Portal, is essential. The job involves time-limited commissioning and assembly activities worldwide, requiring readiness for occasional business travel (approx. 20%), high self-initiative, and strong teamwork skills.
