Job Summary

This role is for a highly skilled Laboratory Technician or Technical Assistant to join an innovative pharmaceutical company, initially on a contract until September 2026 with a strong option for permanent employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent preparation, execution, and evaluation of complex analytical assays and experimental setups. Key duties include active participation in developing and optimizing experiments, troubleshooting, supporting method validation and qualification, and maintaining analytical equipment in compliance with cGMP standards. Candidates must possess a completed professional qualification as a Biology or Chemistry Laboratory Technician, coupled with several years of experience in a biopharmaceutical laboratory setting, and very strong knowledge of GMP and analytical techniques. This is a part-time 50% position that requires flexibility, a high degree of responsibility, and willingness to work weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call shifts.
