Job Summary

This role offers an exciting professional change within the solid and growing aviation industry, working for a global market leader specializing in aircraft components. The Metrology Technician will be primarily responsible for the precise calibration of measuring devices across various physical parameters. Key daily tasks include executing calibrations, performing adjustments and minor repairs, and independently managing scheduling in coordination with clients. The role requires the creation and archiving of calibration protocols and certificates, as well as developing or evaluating existing calibration instructions. The ideal candidate must have a background as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or Electrical Engineer, coupled with excellent knowledge of measurement and testing technology. This position involves working in the internal calibration lab, at production facilities, and requires readiness to travel to external company locations, including international sites, and work in a 3-shift system.
