Job Summary
This System Engineer role is based southwest of Munich, focusing on the development and manufacturing of specialized vehicles and system technology for a company offering international solutions. The core responsibilities involve analyzing and capturing complex project requirements in close coordination with customers, defining development and work packages, and deriving specific customer needs. A critical component of the job is developing the overall system architecture based on these analyses, describing interfaces, and creating customer-specific specifications. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, coupled with proven experience in Requirement Engineering and technical project leadership, utilizing methodologies like the V-Model or Agile. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in product management are essential. Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory, and familiarity with Requirement Engineering tools such as Doors or Enterprise Architect is highly advantageous.
