Furthermore, the manager will actively participate in modernization and new construction projects, handling the evaluation of tenders and specifications, coordinating construction companies, and ensuring strict quality, time, and budget control across all executing trades. The ideal candidate must possess a completed university degree and several years of relevant technical experience, coupled with strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and a problem-solving orientation, contributing directly to the growth of a secure, family-owned company.
