Job Summary

This full-time role, based in Nuremberg within a reputable company in the metal industry, focuses on ensuring the operational readiness and optimization of critical production infrastructure. The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for the installation, routine maintenance, and repair of electrical operating, production, and process systems, including complex switching and control units, as well as power supply facilities and communication/lighting technology. A key aspect of the job involves proactive troubleshooting, immediate fault rectification, and the ongoing improvement of technical weaknesses in machinery and plant components. Candidates must hold formal training as an Industrial Electrician or Industrial Electronics Technician (or an equivalent qualification). While experience in the industrial sector is preferred, the ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while functioning effectively within a team. This position offers long-term stability and the potential for direct takeover by the client company.
