Job Summary

This role is vital for advancing sustainable e-mobility by ensuring the optimal functionality and reliability of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The Service Technician will act as the primary technical contact for both internal teams and external customers, managing inquiries via ticketing systems (Redmine, Jira, Dynamics), classifying issues by urgency, and driving them to resolution. Day-to-day tasks involve detailed backend analysis, troubleshooting technical problems, performing systematic fault isolation, and conducting tests, measurements, restarts, and updates on charging stations and their operating systems. The technician will also perform independent repair and maintenance assignments on-site at customer locations, replacing defective components, and updating software/firmware to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills, a customer-centric approach, and a background in electrical systems, contributing directly to shaping the future of electric driving and charging.

Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician

Experience
