Job Summary

The BCAW Bildungscenter GmbH, a state-recognized and AZAV-certified training institution in Rostock focusing on environmental protection, water management, and biosciences, is seeking a part-time (30 hours) Instructor. This role involves teaching, instructing, and supervising apprentices, primarily focusing on practical biology and chemistry content within the inter-company training program. The instructor will be responsible for creating training schedules based on applicable curricula and will also contribute to developing new courses. Key requirements include a background in chemistry and biology, practical laboratory experience, strong teamwork skills, and social competence when interacting with young people. Prior instructor suitability certification (AEVO) is desirable.
